For years the facilities were member only, but were opened to the public in 2009. Built in 1921. Located 2 miles west of downtown The Dalles, on Highway 30W.

The 9-hole regulation length course at the China Creek Golf Course facility in Arlington, Oregon features 2,627 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 34 . Designed by John Steidel, ASGCA, the China Creek 1 golf course opened in 2003. Golf Only municipal facility. Scenic bluffs overlooking the Columbia River, elevated tees, white sand bunkers, full carry water hole. China Creek flows over hills and through draws creating a unique setting while maintaining the beauty of it’s native shrubs and grasses. Located in the town of Arlington, just south of I-84, between The Dalles and Boardman.
